Artist Elisabeth Walden grows the most screamingly delicious cherry tomatoes and makes explosively celebratory art of fat bodies, both real and imagined. I was fortunate enough to sample both when visiting her Portland studio to make her an Adiposer. Along with a table full of her creations.
